从2005年12中旬起，赴澳的电子签证体检形式有所变化，将会有两种形式的体检表格，一种是直接在网上下载体检表格填写后交医院；另一种就是直接在网上填写表格，然后将表格直接以电子形式发到直属医院就可以了。（仅限上海地区）

What is the change? 

When the new function is introduced you will have two options on how you wish to process the medicals forms.  You can do what your doing now and manually download the form and give to the applicant OR you can complete the forms on-line and eVisa will send the forms electronically to the hospital of your choice. 

If you chose to use the electronic function, your applicant will be given priority processing by Adelaide above all manual lodged medical forms.
