Due to the holiday seasons are around the corner, the TRF issuance date for the test on December 14th in Beijing, Harbin, Dalian, Qingdao, Shenzhen and Fuzhou is postponed to December 31st. And the TRF issuance date for the test on December 21st in Xi'an, Changsha, Shenyang and Guangzhou is postponed to January 9th, 2003.
