It was also rated Excellent for teaching. In England, the new universities turned the tables on their older-established peers, with Oxford Brookes, Greenwich and Kingston recording the the only three perfect scores for teaching quality. Only a dozen old universities offer degrees in town and country planning, once only a postgraduate subject. More than 5,000 students now take first degree courses. |
