　　I would like to inform you that a mistake might occur in my GRE score report　printed on Oct.96.

　　I took GRE test twice, Oct.95 and Oct.96. I used same name and same date of birth for both tests. But on my score report, there is only the latter one .

　　Would you please correct this mistake and report both of them to the 10　institutions I have requested? I would like to have acknowledgement. Please Note: my registration No.s are 1234566 for Oct.95 and 1234567 for Oct.96.
