移民直通车：4.5分雅思移民澳大利亚操作计划

　　2007年9月1日开始澳洲实行新技术移民打分体系，其中对国内移民申请客户影响最大的是要求雅思成绩从原来的每门5分提高到每门6分，而且每门6分拿到的移民分数是15分。尽管新政策同时规定雅思每门7分可以拿到移民分数25分，但对于大多数移民申请客户是不可达到的远景。

　　澳洲的移民政策一贯以实用著称，根据澳洲劳工部统计，大多数雅思成绩5分的新移民到达澳洲后不能适应当地的就业市场要求。造成很多新移民在本国发展，澳洲的移民政策无法达到预期效果，因此此次政策的出台也是在意料之中。

　　我们知道澳洲是联邦制国家，在联邦法律框架下，各个地区有权根据地区实际需要制定有利于地区发展的法规。因此，向南澳、首都地区（ACT）、塔斯马尼亚等地区已经根据当地高速发展的经济基础和吸引大量心移民的需求制定了本地区技术移民担保政策。

　　这些政策的最大特点是在当地需求的职业列表内的技术人才可以以雅思4.5分的成绩申请当地政府担保技术移民。此政策适用于具备以下条件的申请客户：
　　1、 从事职业在需求职业列表内
　　2、 通过职业评估
　　3、 雅思达到4.5分
　　4、 取得当地政府担保

　　以南澳政府为例，南澳以矿业和机械制造业为基础，其多年持续高速发展经济基础和低廉的生活成本正吸引着越来越多的新移民到南澳安家创业。在南澳的担保职业清单里有移民的热门职业：会计、技术工人等职业，对于在辛苦准备雅思5分的客户是利好消息。客户可以在准备职业评估的同时准备雅思考试，毕竟4.5分雅思相比每门5分雅思还是容易很多。
